When it is up to Omega 3 fatty acids Krill is the most superior. Many people are ready to argue with me about that - I know. But take in mind that EPA/DHA ratio and contentration is not always the most important thing. The absorbption and quality sometimes prevails over them. The thing is that after 35-40 years our bodies start to absorb less fatty acids or at least stop converting them so easily as before. The classic omega 3 fish oil is excellent fat, but hard to convert for older people compared to krill. Thats why a single cap of krill oil sometimes can be potent as 3-4 softgels of fish oil. I do supplement with both omega 3 and krill omegas. This way I am sure that my body is saturated with omegas and I dont give so much money on supps per month!
